As a star product of HGlaser, Marvel series fiber laser cutting machine has a novel appearance and compact layout.It is applied for different kinds of materials like stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum etc. where it require precise, fast and force-free processing. Lasers create narrow kerfs and thus achieve high-precision cuts. Compared to alternative techniques like die cutting, it is cost-efficient which is already used for small-batch production.
Comparing with other standard laser cutting machine, Marvel has features of: high efficiency, fast dynamic response,and excellent load bearing capacity.
High efficiency: The pallet changer equipped for Marvel series is Farley Laserlab patent technology of heavy duty climbing style, which guarantees the two tables fast exchanging as well as working on same level, extremely improving the processing efficiency. While the two cutting tables are exchanging, the machine axes could automatically back to the home position for safety purpose.
Fast dynamic response: The gantry of machine is of aluminum casting with times aging treatment, thus it has advantages of light weight and fast dynamic response.
Excellent load bearing capacity: The body base of machine is of integrated welding structure, which is made of high quality and strong metals.
