Customer’s requirements to precision and roughness are increasing, in the other hand, the competitive price and high efficiency also will be taken into consideration when they purchasing machine.
Our FH320C wire cut edm machine combine the high accuracy with high efficiency. We also pay much attention to the machine workmanship and appearance.
The high roughness depends on one time discharge pit. The pit size caused by one time discharge is not difficult to control. One easy method is reducing the power of single pulse. The ra will be better is we take the follow measure:
1. Reducing the pulse width and the peak current properly.
2. Keeping guide wheel and guide wheel bearing high precision, replace the old bearing every 3 months.
3.Keeping the conduct block steady and at a reasonable height.
4.Placing a sheet metal in the upper and lower surface of working material,
5.Keeping the feed of X,Y loose. The feeding amount of each wire running cycle should less than half of the wire diameter.
There are still a lot of fact which have relationship with cutting surface roughness, the operator’s skill and experience is also very important. Our machine design and operation direction is strong support for customer to get high quality edm job.
